1. About these terms

Kissemall is an online service that turns photos you upload into new images using AI. These terms describe what you may and may not do with it. By creating an account or generating an image you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. You can reach us at contact@kissemall.com with any question about this page.

2. What the service does

You upload one or more photographs and choose a style. We send your photo, together with a fixed prompt for that style, to a third-party image model, and return the generated result. Every image Kissemall produces is AI-generated. It is a new synthetic image, not a photograph of a real moment, and it should not be presented as one.

3. Photos you upload

You may only upload photographs that you own or are otherwise entitled to use, and you must have permission from every person who appears in them. Where a style combines two people, you need permission from both. We ask you to confirm this before each generation, and we keep a record of that confirmation so there is an auditable trail.

Do not upload photographs of anyone who has not agreed to it, and do not upload photographs of children into any romantic style.

4. What is and is not allowed

Kissemall offers one curated romantic style, Couple Kiss, which places two consenting adults in a fully clothed, tasteful portrait of a kiss. That style is permitted. Romantic or affectionate treatments are not available in any other style, and cannot be requested through free text.

The following are prohibited everywhere on the service:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, nude or otherwise graphic sexual content.
• Any intimate or romantic depiction of a person who has not consented to it.
• Any romantic or intimate depiction involving a minor.
• Impersonating someone, or creating images intended to deceive, defame or harass.
• Presenting a generated image as a genuine photograph in order to mislead.
• Uploading photographs you have no right to use.

5. How these rules are enforced

These are not rules on paper only. Styles are validated when the service starts: any style whose wording contains explicit or sexual terms is rejected outright, and romantic terms are accepted only in the single style approved for them. Free text you supply is screened against the same lists. Uploaded images are checked by an automated content-safety model before they are stored or sent onward, and an image that the model flags is refused.

Automated screening is not perfect. It can refuse an image that was fine, and it can miss something it should have caught. We also review reports and may suspend accounts that break these rules. If you believe an image of you has been created without your consent, email us and we will act on it.

6. Credits, payments and refunds

One credit produces one generated image. Credits from one-time packs do not expire; subscription credits reset each billing period. If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

Unused credits from one-time packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the period you have paid for. For a refund or a billing question, email contact@kissemall.com.

7. Your images and your data

You own the images you generate and may use them as you wish, within these terms. Source photographs you upload are deleted within 24 hours, and you can delete individual generations from your history at any time. What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Results are not guaranteed

AI output varies, and we cannot promise a particular result. Passport and visa styles follow published sizing guidance, but whether a photo is accepted is entirely at the discretion of the issuing authority. Treat our passport styles as a strong starting point, not as a guarantee of acceptance.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, particularly where consent, sexual content or the safety of a minor is involved. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use Kissemall after a change means you accept the revised terms.
